Why We Decorate

 

Each December, we become increasingly aware of efforts in the public sector to remove Nativity scenes and caroling. Greeting one another with "Merry Christmas" is deemed offensive; and in the name of political correctness, "Christmas trees" are now called "holiday trees". It is all the more imperative that Christians resolve to keep the main thing the main thing, and to KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS. At Independent Methodist Church, we invite you to join us in a memorable holy season. You may have a church and plan to whole-heartedly participate in its activities! Perhaps, there is something we offer to augment your individual and group observance. Remember, Christian brothers and sisters-we are family!
